Abhinav Dubey

Abhinav provides research and evaluation and stakeholder engagement support to 3ie’s livelihood evidence program focused on rural livelihoods and women empowerment.

Prior to joining 3ie, he worked as an Assistant Consultant with Oxford Policy Management (OPM), on the monitoring and evaluation of an agricultural livelihood project in Jharkhand, which included conceptualizing an endline evaluation strategy, data analysis and research report writing. He has also worked with the Centre for Digital Financial Inclusion (CDFI@IFMR), where his work majorly involved the evaluation of livelihood and health programs of the Government of Meghalaya and project management of the flagship maternal and child health program of the state.

Abhinav holds an MBA in Rural Management from the Institute of Rural Management Anand and graduated with a Gold medal in Economics from Banaras Hindu University.
